I’m Katrina and I’m a 16-year-old student in Coquitlam.

I sing, dance, and act in my spare time. I love to share and hear ideas to help others and our society.

My speech is about learning to love yourself for who you truly are, without comparing yourself to others.

Everyone can achieve their goals no matter what they look like—it just takes some time. Everyone should hear this, even if it’s just a reminder.

Anyone can learn to love themselves and it can make you so powerful just by doing so.
